Senior Artist Agent - Artist Management Agency, East London

We are seeking a dynamic, connected and inspiring Artist Agent to join a leading global creative agency representing some of the most exciting talent in photography, styling, casting, hair and make-up. This is a pivotal moment for the agency: after a period of change, a bold new five-year plan is in place, and the team is ready to take its artists to the next level.

This is more than just an agent position - it’s about shaping careers and building long-term partnerships. You’ll be a strategist, connector and mentor, representing exceptional talent and ensuring they flourish in a competitive, ever-changing industry. From negotiating contracts to positioning artists with the right clients, you’ll be central to their growth and success.

Responsibilities will include:

• Representing and nurturing artists, providing both calm, considered guidance and energising inspiration
• Identifying opportunities to elevate artists’ careers across fashion, beauty, luxury, and culture
• Building and leveraging relationships with photographers, stylists, casting directors, hair and make-up artists, brands and agencies
• Attending industry events, gallery openings and shows - being present where it matters, with an eye for spotting trends and opportunities
• Collaborating closely with a senior producers and fellow agents in London and Paris to deliver world-class artist management
• Contributing to the agency’s long-term strategy and growth

What we are looking for:

• Someone who knows who’s who, understands the industry inside-out, and has the presence, charm and taste to command attention.
• Vibrant, stylish, confident and well-connected
• A natural networker who thrives in galleries, openings, and cultural spaces
• Proven track record representing creative talent (or transferable experience in artist management, casting, fashion, or production)
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on care, with the temperament to both energise and calm when needed
• Commercially astute with contract and negotiation experience
• Passionate about the arts, creativity, and shaping careers
