Senior Artist Agent - Artist Management Agency, East London

Vacancy Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic, authentic and inspiring Artist Agent to join a leading global creative agency representing some of the most exciting names in photography, styling and casting.

This is a pivotal moment for the agency: following a period of transformation, a bold new five-year plan is in motion, the roster is expanding, and the team is energised for growth. With world-class artists (including US-based talent) and an ambitious vision ahead, this is your opportunity to make a genuine mark and help shape the agency’s next chapter.

More than just an agent role, this is about shaping careers and building long-term partnerships. You’ll act as a strategist, connector and mentor - representing exceptional talent and ensuring they thrive in an ever-evolving creative landscape. Working closely with the Founder, you’ll have autonomy, trust and space to bring your ideas to life.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Represent and nurture artists, providing calm, considered guidance and energising inspiration
  • Identify and drive opportunities to elevate artists’ careers across fashion, beauty, luxury and culture
  • Build and leverage relationships with photographers, stylists, casting directors, hair and make-up artists, brands and agencies
  • Be present where it matters — attending industry events, gallery openings and shows, spotting trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with senior producers and fellow agents in London and Paris to deliver world-class artist management
  • Contribute to the agency’s long-term strategy and five-year growth plan

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who knows who’s who, understands the industry inside-out, and has the presence, charm and taste to command attention
  • Vibrant, stylish, confident and well-connected
  • A passionate strategist who lives and breathes artist development
  • A natural networker who thrives in galleries, openings, and cultural space
  • Proven experience representing creative talent (or strong transferable experience in artist management, casting, fashion or production)
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on care, with the temperament to both energise and calm when needed
  • Excited by creativity, culture, and collaboration - and eager to grow with a team that’s craving new energy

You’ll be joining a close-knit, ambitious and highly creative team during an incredibly exciting phase. This is a respected, autonomous role where your voice matters - and where passion, authenticity and strategic flair are truly valued.

Don’t miss the opportunity for a meeting. Please reach out for an initial and very confidential chat.
