Executive Assistant / Studio Coordinator- Design & Architectural Studio, Central London

Vacancy Description:

A growing, design-led studio in Central London is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Studio Manager to support two founders and play an integral role in the next stage of the company’s growth. This is a young but fast-scaling business, and they are now looking for someone who can bring structure and implement efficient processes within a creative, fast-moving environment.

This is a super nice opportunity for someone bright, commercially minded and highly organised - someone who can think ahead, problem-solve and act as the steady operational anchor in a company where no two days look the same.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a role where they wear multiple hats, manage competing priorities and become an indispensable partner to the leadership team.

For someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations and helping to shape the internal rhythm and structure of a growing business, this is a genuinely exciting role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • High-level support to two founders, including diary management, scheduling and prioritising across multiple workstreams
  • Managing travel, logistics and day-to-day operational needs
  • Acting as the central point for communication; ensuring clarity, momentum and follow-through
  • Translating conversations into clear action points and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Implementing and maintaining systems, processes and structure to support a fast-growing team
  • Supporting internal initiatives and occasional team events
  • Light studio coordination where needed, ensuring the wider team is set up for success

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous EA / Ops / Studio management experience - ideally 4-5 years
  • Cerebral and commercially aware, able to connect dots quickly and understand priorities
  • Proactive and self-driven - someone who enjoys taking ownership
  • Low ego, team-first attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - strong written and verbal English
