Marketing & PR Professional - Luxury Creative Brand, West London (3 month FTC)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive, and creative Marketing & PR professional to support the brand side of a luxury creative business. This short-term role is perfect for someone sparky, hands-on and skilled at turning ideas into action. You’ll help bring the brand’s partnerships and projects to life, taking ownership of production, organisation, and follow-ups while contributing to the creative side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing and PR initiatives across multiple partnerships and campaigns
• Organise, plan and coordinate projects and brand activations from start to finish
• Manage timelines, schedules and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Liaise with partners, collaborators and external agencies
• Support creative development, providing input and ideas for campaigns, events and collaborations
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support marketing and PR activities

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in marketing, PR, or brand support (agency or in-house experience desirable)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to follow up, coordinate and deliver projects on time
• Confident operating independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment
