EA/PA - Global Innovation & Research Consultancy, Southwark

Vacancy Description:

We are delighted to be partnering once again with one of our favourite clients – a fast-growing global management consultancy working with world-leading technology companies including Google and Spotify – to find a bright and ambitious Executive Assistant.

With a dynamic and collaborative culture, this consultancy operates globally from its London HQ in Southwark. They work on a hybrid model – typically in-office three/four days per week, with Tuesdays being the liveliest day, complete with team lunches and a great buzz.

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and ambitious Executive Assistant to join the business and support a senior leader who has been instrumental in shaping the company’s operations and internal culture since joining in 2021. Now, they’re looking for a capable, curious, and enthusiastic right-hand person – a mini version of themselves – to help take things even further.

This isn’t your average EA role. It's hands-on, strategic, and full of variety. You’ll have traditional responsibilities like diary management and travel planning, but also get involved in process improvements, light-touch recruitment, internal communications, and team culture.

You’ll be given real autonomy and the chance to leave your mark on how things run – from optimising workflows and introducing new tools, to planning standout socials and team experiences (think glamping trips!)

Key responsibilities:

  • Executive support – inbox and diary management, travel, logistics
  • Drive operational improvements and implement new tools and systems
  • Support recruitment coordination for market research roles
  • Owning internal culture moments – socials, events, team engagement
  • Be the cultural heartbeat of the business – someone who keeps things running and spirits high

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a PA/EA or operational support role, ideally in a consulting, creative or tech environment
  • Bright graduate-calibre with a curious, analytical mind
  • Naturally sociable, positive and emotionally intelligent
  • Tech-savvy and excited by innovation – you’re always looking for ways to do things better
  • Someone who thrives with variety and autonomy, and sees the bigger picture
  • Interested in growing into a Chief of Staff-style role down the line
