PA to HNWI & Founder - Luxury Creative Brand, West London (Home & Studio-based)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, efficient, and proactive PA to provide comprehensive business and personal support to a high-net-worth individual (HNWI), who is also the Founder of a luxury creative brand.

This dynamic role involves supporting both the Principal and their family, requiring a high level of flexibility, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, multitask, and prioritise effectively. It would suit a resourceful candidate who thrives on managing detailed personal administration and is confident navigating both private and business matters.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, including responding on behalf of the Principal
  • Scheduling and managing personal appointments (medical, beauty, wellness, etc.)
  • Organising family and business travel: researching and booking flights, securing significant discounts, handling visas, accommodations, itineraries, and restaurant reservations
  • Sourcing and planning luxury holidays
  • Event coordination, including private dinners and social engagements
  • Liaison with household and private staff
  • Managing household expenses and staying on top of bills
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and main point of contact on the Principal’s behalf
  • Preparing briefs and materials ahead of meetings
  • Supporting additional family business interests and philanthropic activities
  • Running ad hoc errands and overseeing various lifestyle matters

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 5 years' experience in a senior PA role
  • Experience working with HNWIs or within a Private Office environment is highly desirable
  • A background in the creative industries (design, art, fashion, food, etc.)
  • Confident operating within both small office and private home settings
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Must be proactive, discreet, and reliable, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude and an upbeat personality — cultural fit is key
  • Trustworthiness, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential
