Executive Assistant & Office Manager (Hybrid 4:1) - Global Food Tech, Central London

Vacancy Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join a fast-growing, global science-led business. This is a pivotal, high-impact role supporting senior leadership and shaping the culture and rhythm of the London HQ of circa 20 people.

We’re looking for someone who brings more than just strong organisational skills - someone who radiates positivity, leads with initiative, and acts as the heartbeat of the office.

This role is split between high-level executive support and hands-on office management, with a strong cultural and people-focused element. You’ll be working closely with the CEO, CFO and two additional senior executives, managing their diaries, logistics, events, communications and presentations-while also being the go-to person for the office environment.

You’ll also be the culture champion, bringing warmth, structure, and spirit into a high-performance but heads-down environment. From wellbeing initiatives and events to small daily touches that uplift the team, your presence will be integral!

Key Responsibilities:

  • EA support to the CEO and executive team – diary, travel, meetings, board packs, presentations, expenses
  • Attend board and team meetings; take and manage confidential minutes and follow-ups
  • Manage office operations - suppliers, systems, and facilities (including H&S and security protocols)
  • Own and coordinate office events, wellbeing programmes, charity drives and team socials
  • Acting as a culture champion – bringing passion, warmth, and proactivity into a busy, heads-down environment
  • Ad hoc admin/project support across HR, Legal, Marketing, and Finance

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA and/or Office Manager at senior executive level
  • Polished, professional, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and use initiative
  • A natural multitasker who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • High IT literacy, especially across the Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive and adaptable personality, aligned with the company’s values and collaborative spirit
