Before you ask "are you Biscuit lot giving up biscuits for Lent?" No. Obviously not, we wouldn’t put ourselves through that.
The team brainstormed what we should do for Lent; too many of us have weddings and social engagements over the coming weeks that we don’t realistically trust ourselves to kick the booze for 40 days and 40 nights. We want to be realistic here. We’re a relatively healthy bunch, so cutting out pancakes and ice cream wouldn’t be too difficult – we want a challenge and apply ourselves to making a lifestyle change.
So who says we have to give something up? What about taking up something challenging instead? That sounds a bit more interesting. So that’s exactly what we’re doing. We have pledged to attend two 7am yoga classes per week until Easter, without fail as a team. Doing it together means you’ll only feel you’re letting the team down if you don’t attend, and there’s no wiggling out of it.
