Part-Time PA - Superyacht Company, London (Remote)
Vacancy Description:
A well-established and growing private business operating within the superyacht sector is seeking a highly organised and hands-on Part-Time PA & Operations Manager to work closely with the Founder.
This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist company supporting yacht owners, designers, captains and refit professionals internationally.
Working directly alongside the Founder, you will provide day-to-day operational, administrative and logistical support, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- General business administration and operational coordination
- Diary management and meeting organisation
- Arranging travel, accommodation and logistics (UK and international)
- Occasional overseas travel to major yacht shows and industry events
- Liaising with suppliers and industry partners
- Supporting marketing initiatives and social media updates
- Assisting with client communications and project coordination
What we are looking for:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Experience within the yachting or marine industry highly desirable (ex-yacht crew very welcome)
- Confident managing international travel logistics
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable liaising with UHNW clients and industry professionals
- Social media savvy with an eye for brand presentation
- London-based (or within easy reach) to allow occasional in-person collaboration

- Part-time role (initially 3 days per week), with scope to increase

Salary
£35,000-£40,000 FTE
