We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Travel Manager to oversee and curate end-to-end global travel experiences / programmes for a Middle Eastern Royal Family. If you are passionate about luxury travel and creating unforgettable VIP experiences, this is the role for you!
This is a senior-level position requiring absolute discretion, cultural awareness, meticulous attention to detail and extensive global luxury travel expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering seamless, bespoke, world-class travel experiences that meet the highest standards of Royal protocol and VIP service.
You will act as the primary point of contact before, during and after each trip, ensuring flawless execution, security coordination and exceptional standards throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Research, analyse and recommend global destinations aligned with seasonality, personal preferences and official or private occasions.
- Design and manage fully customised, worldwide luxury travel itineraries.
- Source and secure premium hotels, private residences, restaurants and exclusive-use venues.
- Act as the principal liaison for all travel-related matters pre-, during and post-travel.
- Ensure that proper arrangements have been done in regards to VIP arrivals, pre-arrangements, preferences and follow ups.
- Curate and manage private events, entertainment and exclusive experiences during travel.
- Oversee travel programmes within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Proactively manage issues and troubleshoot in real time to ensure seamless delivery.
- Liaise with embassies and manage protocol requirements as needed.
- Coordinate comprehensive security arrangements, including local security teams where required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global luxury travel trends, properties and experiences.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with leading hospitality partners worldwide.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 7 years’ experience within luxury hospitality or high-end travel management.
- Experience supporting UHNW individuals, Royal Families, or private offices.
- Strong international destination knowledge and an established global network.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
- Highly proactive with strong anticipatory thinking.
- Outstanding problem-solving ability under pressure.
- Excellent time management and multi-itinerary coordination skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and additional European languages advantageous).
- Impeccable discretion, presentation and professionalism.
