Temporary PA / Household Support (Immediate Start - Early December) - Private Household, West London

Lovely 1 week booking -  perfect for someone super organised, detail-oriented and hospitality-minded.

We are looking for a proactive, flexible and detail-oriented temporary PA to support a private household in the lead-up to a large party on 6 December. Ideal for someone with hospitality or private household experience who’s happy to jump in wherever needed.

Dates: 1st – 7th December

Schedule

• Mon, Wed, Thu: 9 – 3pm
• Fri: 9 – 5pm
• Sat: 9 – 10pm
• Sun: 10 – 2pm 

Responsibilities will include:

• Local shopping/errands
• Sending/collecting laundry and placing items in correct rooms
• Checking and preparing guest rooms
• Setting and clearing breakfast table
• Receiving deliveries, learning house layout
• Assisting with flower preparation (cutting/arranging if needed)
• Assisting with party room setup; liaising with party manager and staff
• Ensuring the house is fully equipped 

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communicator
• Proactive and helpful (not heavy-handed)
• Flexible attitude, happy to help wherever needed
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Comfortable with frequent stairs (multi-level home)
