Remote (UK or US-based) 
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to provide first-class, senior-level support to the CEO of an international mission driven organisation working across research, policy and technology to deliver real-world social impact.
The CEO is a highly dynamic, globally focused leader who travels frequently and works across multiple time zones. This role requires someone bright, fast-moving, and highly organised - capable of anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day priorities run smoothly.

Working Hours (2 options)
- UK-based: Flexibility to work US hours (ET timezone) at least three days per week
- US-based: Willingness to occasionally work UK/EU hours 
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar and correspondence
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, often in collaboration with a dedicated travel agent
- Process and track expenses accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth scheduling and communication
- Anticipate needs and optimise the CEO’s time for strategic priorities
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
- Work closely with the CEO’s Special Assistant, who supports strategic and programmatic priorities
