Production Manager - Creative Production Company, Paris

Our client, a highly successful creative production company, is looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Production Manager to join their fast-paced, highly creative production team in Paris.

You’ll keep projects running like clockwork, making sure every shoot, campaign, or event goes off without a hitch - from first idea to final delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

• Own day-to-day production operations across campaigns, shoots, and events
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, vendors, equipment, and crew
• Supervise coordinators and assistants, keeping projects on track and stress-free
• Troubleshoot in real-time to ensure smooth delivery
• Collaborate closely with Producers and creative teams to bring ideas to life

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a native French speaker with professional English
• Is highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Has experience in production management within advertising, fashion, or creative industries
• Is solutions-driven and anticipates issues before they arise
• Has a positive, hands-on approach with a great sense of humour!

This is a full-time permanent (CDI) position in a lovely 11ème Paris office.
