You will also lead and mentor a team of Executive Assistants, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across the agency. You will be central to the leadership function, working closely with teams globally and collaborating with another Director to establish and embed governance structures, operating cadences, and executive workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, autonomous support to the CEO, taking full ownership of the office, diary, inbox, travel, and workflow.
- Act as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO remains focused on strategic priorities and removing operational distractions.
- Protect and enhance the CEO’s personal and professional brand through clear, considered, and professional communication.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel across multiple time zones, liaising with senior clients, stakeholders, and media.
- Track, manage, and report on executive and leadership projects, ensuring clear communication of progress and outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Executive Assistants, fostering a cohesive, high-performing global EA function.
- Develop a strong understanding of the organisation’s strategic vision and priorities, supporting the CEO in driving initiatives through proactive execution and follow-through.
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally 7+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives within a global, fast-paced multi-national organisation
- Experience managing or leading EA teams.
- Exceptional judgement, discretion and decision-making capability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
- A proactive, resilient, “can-do” individual with a flexible and positive approach
